Hello, Is that possible to add more line weights by here program as shown, not in ctb file

Nope.....as far as I know that's not possible.

But assuming you want to have thicker line weights; you can draw a poyline with basically any width/weight you like by changing the width or half width option within the polyline command.

The line weights are not stored as the actual numeric value, but as list of enumerated names.  If I remember correctly you can replace some of them with different values, but you cannot add more entries to the list.

 

One of my least favorite means of providing line weights.  Plot styles and LW polylines are more effective.

You're correct -- HERE is the Help entry for 2018, but the same would be true for earlier versions.  You get to it in the PLOT dialog box, Plot style table (pen assignments) area, pick on the Edit button to the right of the pull-down list, and there's an Edit Lineweights... button in there.
