Activity Insights *.db file

I have a *.db file that is being installed on my computer in the Activity Insights folder every time I start AutoCAD. The file name is from a previous client. I think it might be a script file running. How do I block that file from starting? Can anyone help? Thanks

You need to look at all the autoload methods, and find it, then make decision to remove. Start with appload Startup suite, then acaddoc & acad.lsp, look in programfiles \autodesk\applications for a bundle, if you have a custom menu look for matching mnl, it will have autoload programs.

Not a quick task.

Findstr from windows cmd can look for file yourfile.db in say *.lsp another search.

It's a feature keeping track of all things you do with drawings. Now this could be a useful feature - see what others have done - but I'm suspicious. Older versions use Desktop Analytics (which is enabled by default) gathering the same information as Insights does and send it directly to Autodesk. So I'm not too sure about Autodesk intents regarding Insights. Being not the most user-friendly corporation around, I think this feature is more to the benefit of Autodesk as for the user.... Especially if you know the service remains active, even if AutoCAD is closed.
