a lisp for insert a text for a lot of a various texts

hi , i have alot of lines i got a lisp for write every length on each line separete but i need to put some identifying words on each line too ,example  attached

I can't identify what lines of text need additional characters.  Do they have a value range or are they on a unique layer?  My apologies, but some labels look to me like from a language other than english, so I don't understand them.  If those numeric length labels need additional text, they're going to get awfully crowded.

seems like you already have a lisp but want to make some changes? If so, post a sample drawing along with the existing code. Post #1 isn't very clear in describing the problem and the expected results.
