Vehicle Tracking 2018 - Unknown Command

Hello,

I am using Vehicle Tracking 2018 and Civil 3D 2018.

I have loaded Vehicle Tracking and see the ribbon panel commands but none of them work, only get the "unknown command" response.   I have used the NETLOAD command to load the *.arx file but still get the unknown command response.  What am I likely missing from the above workflow?

The specific error I am getting is: " _aeccLIBRARY Unknown command "AECCLIBRARY" ".  Any suggestions or workarounds are greatly appreciated.

I would make sure you have the "ATRC220.cuix" file loaded in your partial customization files in your main CUIX.  This should always assure that the proper menus and commands get loaded into your CAD enviro each time.  You can find the path to the VT cuix file in the attached image.  just swap out the spsluka.decpc with your computer user name.  Hope this helps you out.

Thanks for that tip.  I looked in the directory you recommended but I do not have the atrc220.cuix file.  Then I did a search for the file on my C:\ drive but no luck, the file is apparently missing.  Is this file available for download somewhere?

do you have the following directory on your C:\ drive?

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Vehicle Tracking 2018

If so I would do a repair install of VT on your computer as it sounds like it didn't fully install correctly.  I am also assuming this is where you are getting the ARX file to load.

The Vehicle Tracking 2018 folder I have, and the arx file came from:  C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Vehicle Tracking 2018\.  I will try re-loading the software.  That was also my suspicion..
