encountered an improper argument

After I idendified blade trailer specifications, I try to define blade model for loading on the trailer. However, I receive ''encountered an improper argument'' error. Actually, I did same steps for other project and I did not encounter such an error. When I investigate the issue I found below solutions; however, these are not change my error.

Any chance for the following test on your computers:

1. Change regional settings to e.g. English
2. Create a new user with no Cyrillic letters in its name
3. Use Robot and check if you still have the same situation

So, please support me in order to solve the issue?

I have the same situation when creating the blade by using an AutoCAD block. 

Please help me fix this.
