Definition of Track Width

Brand new user to the software and wanted to verify something... Typically, published passenger and TT vehicle track widths define a track width as the distance between the center of the tires where they meet the road. Vehicle Tracking defines it as the distance between the outer faces. It would seem then that the correct value to use in VT is a published tire track, plus one tire width (2 tires x 0.5 width).

So for a vehicle with a 8" wide tire and 6.00' track width, you would need to add 6.00' + 0.33' + 0.33'. Correct?
