Memory Leak when Saving Files

I create a simple iPart and now wanted to save a few Variations of said part. The Partsize of the stp is around 1.5mB.
My Inventor ramps up to 13GB of Ram usage and stays there, even after the VBA Script is done and is not running anymore. So i guess Inventor has a massive Memory Leak with VBA or VBA is a garbage Language that should never be there in the first place. Either way, it is unacceptable in a Program that costs thousands of Dollars.
Any Tips to fixing this appreciated, but i suspect it is under the hood so to speak.

You didn’t show your code, but it is highly likely that it’s your code that’s the problem and not Inventor. Rather than using VBA in Inventor, you should be using the built-in editor. It uses a basic-language called iLogic that’s integrated to the Inventor api’s.
