Zoom Extents or Zoom Objects not working

I have a pViewPort on pspace.
I use sendcommand to zoom extents or zoom objects but result is much free space on viewport.
I have some layers freezed.

See pic attached...It´s the veiwport after the zoom command (zoom o all ...)

What can I do?
