Very basic block question....

This is very basic but never had to set them so I have no clue... I would like to know how to set up a drawing as a block with attributes?
The block's that I'm talking about is for keynotes, room tag's, room finish tag's, etc...

Create attribute text by using attribute command, like room tag's, room finish tag's, etc... then save those attribute as block.

When you insert the same block in to drg it will ask the value for each attribute contain in the block at command prompt.
