I want to change the default from number 1 to number 2 when the Macro dialog box is enabled, I am using AutoCad Mechanical 2022.

Sorry, there is no way to change that dialog. However, there are lots of better options for running your vba code. Check out my tutorial for creating commands that you can type at the command line or add to toolbars/ribbon.
