SelectOnScreen operation hint

hi,

when using SelectOnScreen to select objects on screen,

it is possible to change the help message to make the operation much easier
to understand.

SelectOnScreen just gives the hint of "Select objects"

I don't think so. Use a prompt first.
ThisDrawing.Utility.Prompt "...."
