Rename the name of the layout

Another problem,
I have some drawings and i have to rename the name layout with the same
name of the size (A0, A1 , A2 A3 ect.)

The data of the size i can get from a block with attributes, and tag of
the size is "FOR." while the name of the block is "tab-sai_NT".

In these drawings i have a layout only and also block table.

Is possible to get an array of drawings and automatically open the
drawing to edit and save it with these changes ?
