port delphi OCX from 2000i to 2005

I've written an ocx in Delphi 7 to be used in autocad with Jorge's Accont.arx Now we are migrating to acad 2005 and i tried to import the acad 2005 type library into delphi and rebuild the OCX.
But now i can't even open de project, it says

"An error occurd while referencing a user defined type. This may be caused by a missing or unregistered type library."

Where do i have to look to solve this problem.
