Are there any "new layer frozen in all existing viewports" reactors ?

Much different than "freeze in new viewports". Since I have several
viewports already established, it would be nice to automatically (during
creation) freeze the new layer in all the existing viewports.

Any ideas ?
Thanks.

I wrote a lisp routine, mlvp, that utilizes the standard layer dialog,
creates the layer(s) and freezes those layers in all VP's except those in
the current layout Tab.
I will post it to customer-files if interested.

No reactors required. Use "Vplayer".
