Layer off by attribute

Hello guys!

I have a line element and a block with the same layer name: _V1
How do I make one of the two layoff elements by attribute?
Example: in the row element I have the pairs: (0. "LWPOLYLINE") and
in the block I have the following pair: (0. "INSERT") (2. "SIMB_BOLINHA")
It's possible ?
