Hello Companions!
I have the following problem: I need to connect my database in vba. However, even if you install vb6, the tools do not appear in the component palette. How to solve this problem?
Thank you very much in advance.

If you want to get some meaningful/helpful replies to your question, you should provide sufficient information, such as what version AutoCAD you are using, what database you want to connect to, and in general, what your VBA code/project is to do.

Unless you are using very old version of AutoCAD (32bit) and old Windows (Win2000/XP), why did you need to install VB6 (Visual Basic, before VB.NET, I assume)? What tool you were referring did not appear in Acad VBA's toolbox palatte?

If you are using relatively newer AutoCAD version in 64-bit, you need to understand all COM components/controls must also be 64-bit, which is most likely the problem you would have.

Right. I'm using AutoCad2016 along with vbaenabler32 to develop the tools. Even with vb6 installed it would not show the components in the vba palette then.
Yeah ... I have to think of a solution.
Thanks!
