How to save an image of the open page?

I want to make some changes to the open page. Every time when I open AutoCAD, I want to have this same settings as layers, dim setting and new tool bars. I can make changes, but I cannot to save them. How I should do it?

go to autocad help , and look up profiles, then go to workspace.
