I don't know where to post this problem.
My home computer (XP) has exact same date/time set as in my office
computer(win 2000). I've checked that to make sure I'm right. When I make a
CD at my home computer, date/time information stays same on CD comparing to
original hard disk files, as you & I expected. At office when I open the CD
in w/explorer my time shows 12 hours back. Just today, I compile some VB
stuff for AutoCAD at home 1:22 MP, then make a snapshot of the current
screen with file listings, then made a CD and now, when I open that CD it
shows 6:22 AM. I have the bmp file evidence that I made it 1:22 PM and it
was really 1:22 PM. In fact saving files in my office computer is normal as
usual. Weird to me.
