Does anyone know if there is 64-bit version of DwgThumbnail.ocx with autocad 2009 distributables?

Since VBA is always running 32bit (even in AutoCAD 64bit) I'm curious
why you would need one?

We are porting our application to 64 bit and we use the ocx in our product, so we need a 64 bit version.

I also need 64-bit dwgthumbnail.ocx because i am working on autocad 2010 and m shifting my application from 32 to 64 bit. Can u please tell me any info about it?
