the file is excell

i need a window that allows me to see this [ a b c] area

i appreciate the zip file
im trying to add this excell to my layer vbs
by showing the layers thru a list box
for my designers to use
i also need to create a search thru the excell to show
ie if im looking for a specific layer
ie centerline of right of way
i can search and see the layer to set to
