drawing compare

Hi,
Do anybody knows about a SW that compare between 2 dwg files from inside
AutoCAD and output the comparing result in a new dwg file?!!!!

Check www.vbdesign.net and search the site. Randall wrote an app that
did something similar a year or two ago.
