Crop a PDF from VB

Hi,
I use layouts in my projects and need to convert the DWG to PDF files but after it how can I crop the margins, only bottom, from Visual basic?

I need may be a free tool but don't know which one exists.

I'm sure this will sound like a dumb question.

But why don't you print to pdf with a window a specify the area you want to print?

sorry, i forgot that i need an A1 paper (610 height and 1500 length) but my PDF printer have A1 610 x 1700 for example, so i've to much paper with no information, that's my problem and al draws must be with a scale factor i can't adjust scale
