Creating dimension in model space which is only visible in paper space?

I want to create aligned dimension in model space which is only visible in paper space. Any ideas on how to implement this?

If you turn off the layer in modelspace. you can click inside the paperspace viewport and turn the layer back on.

It will only be visible in that view.

Good call, thats what I did as well. Used the sysvarcchange procedure and got it to work.
