alt f11 to start vbaide changed in 2009?

Has anyone else noticed that since version 2009 alt F11 no longer pulls up
vbaide the first time?
I have to repeat it twice to get it to open vbaide in both 2009 and
2010...previously it worked correctly
Is it just me?
thanks

I just tried it - works fine.

I might suggest you reinstall the VBA enabler.

I have the same problem. Didn't know that you you can press ALT F11 twice though to get it open. Thanks.

You shouldn't have to press Alt + F11 twice. Trying reinstalling the VBA
enabler.

I can reproduce this on all Acad2009 workstantions in my office. The same also happen to ALT+F8 for opening VBA macro window. Not a big deal for average users, but annoying to advanced users who run/write VBA code/macro.

The subject says "2009" (although he said "since 2009" in the body), so, it is not related to installing VBA enabler in Acad2010, though 2010 may have fixed this (I do not know: I do not have Acad2010 available).

Norman,
thanks for confirming
no 2010 has not fixed it, and yes it has been this way since 2009 so I don't
think Joes' suggestion of the enabler is the culprit
though i do wonder what Joe has setup that overcomes the problem!

I don't know but I have noticed over the years that most (99+%) of the
problems reported on this newsgroup I have never experienced. I can only
offer my 'golden' rule for guidance. Always install Office first and AutoCAD
products absolutely last.
