Can anyone confirm that IAcadBlockReference now includes
IAcadBlockReference2 functions?

I cant confirm, but this is what I took for granted after moving my app to 2007. I am 95% sure.........

Actualy, I would take it as a IAcadBlockReference3, thus containing all functionnabilities of IAcadBlockReference2 +- changes.......

Nope, IAcadBlockReference2 has been removed. IAcadBlockReference3 does not
exist.
