Vault to vault data exchange

We would like to be able to have a vault, specify what folders I want to "exchange" with another company, and have them be able to import the files into their vault.  I understand that there would have to be choices of sharing the project file for inventor, configuration files for lifecycles, etc.  I am putting in this request formally because Vault in the cloud is probably going to take a long time before it is acceptable for the utility industry.  There are strict regulations that have to be met (FERC requirements) that include that the data is stored within the US.  Since your current cloud system does not fit this, and does not show to my knowledge any roadmap to bring it all to the US, we need another solution.  Data needs to be able to move between the utility companies and engineering firms.

I would like to upvote this idea, but for a different reason.  At this company, I manage the main Vault Pro server, but it is only for one division of the company.  As the company grew, other divisions were acquired, and some of them also had Vaults (mix of Pro and Basic).

I would ideally like to "copy>paste" or "import>export" their Vaults to the main ADMS, and combine all the ADMSes into one server.  Like the original request, I'd like to be able to right-click on the folder of Vault "A", and export it into a bundle that includes all sub-folders and files, Version history and property data, and then import that package into Vault "B" intact.

Another method might be to copy the entirety of one Vault, and import it into a different ADMS as an additional Vault.  The key here is maintaining as much Vault history and property information as possible.  There are at least 4 ADMS servers running at our company, 2 I manage and 2 I don't.  Ideally I would like to merge them all to one ADMS and then enable site replication back to the original locations.
