The first task with the Autoloader is to select the data to be loaded. If one selects a very top-level folder, then right-clicks and excludes children folders that aren't part of the current import, folders can only be selected one at a time. An improvement would be to allow multiple folder selection while holding Shift or Ctrl, then right-clicking and excluding multiple folders at once.
The multiple select features in Inventor's model tree would work well here: Shift selects all files/folders in between two selections, Ctrl selects specific files/folders and ignores those in between.
