Thin Client - Viewing with Layer visibility

User miss functionality to DWG viewing at visibility to AutoCAD layer on / off like viewing with Thin Client at 2018.

Actual Workaround:

- Install the Design Review at local Computer

- Download the Visuaisation File

- View the DWFx file with Design review

Ths workaround is laborious and not user friendly.

Switching layers on and off in the Forge Viewer would make working effectively easier.

I would like to add that when the dwf or dwfx is created with the Layers information included, that it include all layers in the state that the dwg was saved at and not just the layers that are turned on when the dwf was created.
