Thin Client - user initals

Thin Client - user initals

When you use the Thin Client, the user initial that appear are wrong because we use Windows Account .  Working with Autodesk, we found that it pulled from the username instead of the Display name.

 

We expect it to pull the first letter of the ‘first’ name and the first letter of the ‘second’ name from the Display name so it would appear like:

But the system is using the username which in my case is JGI/Adouthett

Autodesk says that this is the expected behavior.

 

We would like Autodesk to base the user initial off of the users Display Name and not the window account log in.
