Save folder for drawing

When saving a drawing from Inventor, the Vault should automatically open the storage folder where the part/assembly is located.

Thank you for posting the idea. This would be an Inventor request. However, the Save dialog I think already starts from the part file's location. What version of Inventor are you using?

I´m Using Inventor Professional 2023 with the Vault Professional 2023 including DAta Standards. With this combo it doesn´t work with the right folder.

Since you are using Data Standard, this can to be developed into Data Standard by the company who modified your Data Standards dialog.

Great idea. But the company says: This is not possible. Thats the reason why im here 🙂

Can you confirm that it shoud be possible? If I show them this conversation, I may have better arguments that it should go
