@ihayesjr I posted this on the behalf of one of our clients who is new to Vault Professional. His team used 'Change Revision' to update the file revision to match the current revision of the design. Unfortunately they didn’t update the description property linked to the title block—part of their standard process, so the title block was left blank without any additional details. Since the Vault admin couldn’t roll back the revisions to fix the mistake, we’re recommending a 'Roll Back Revision' option for administrators.
