Hello, with new functionality "Duplicate Search" we do have the possibility to find duplicates in Vault.
In the past a lot of duplicates are generated! The new challenge we have now is to cleanup our vault step by step.
For this process we do need a "follow-up" functionality for files and items in Vault. This should also have an impact during copy design process, … if a follow-up exist of a part, offer to replace it during copy design. Please remember, that we do have a lot of old projects where we do have all those duplicates included. We can set parts to obsolete, but we do not have a real follow-up process right now.
