We see this every now and then in our Vault when a file is exceptionally large, replication may fail but it creates a 0kb file in the folder where it's trying to replicate to.
Further attempts to replicate the file will always fail with the 0kb file being present. If I reset IIS and delete the 0kb file, replication can finish and the AVFS logs show no errors after that.
ADMS should be able to resolve this issue itself or give a more "verbal" warning that an issue is occurring.
Now the real issue is I need to stop engineers from putting 4gb VRED files in Vault but still...
