"Deny All" button for setting up lifecycle transitions

When setting up a vault lifecycle one typically wants to deny the transitions which aren't allowed (Work in Progress direct to Released, for instance).  All transitions are allowed by default:

It takes a minimum of 8 mouse clicks to get from that to an "Everyone Deny" condition for each possible transition:

If you have a lifecycle with just 5 states (which is a pretty simple one) that's something like 40 possible transitions and you're going to be applying "Deny All" to about two thirds of them.  It's a very tedious and clunky process.  How about giving us a simple "Deny All" button?

It would also be handy if the default rights for a transition after creation are “Denied for all”. Usually there are more transitions blocked than open.
