Make automatic object deletion in trash bin adjustable

Make automatic object deletion in trash bin adjustable. 30 days aren't the best joice in all environments.

Update the timeframe to empty the trash bin to a user specified date or have more options than 30 days.

We have a two (2) year retention policy, so an option to auto-delete files in the trash bin for that timeframe would be great.
