Inventor Vault Browser: Add option to display documentation.

To open an existing drawing related to a file listed in the browser, we open details -> where used. As this command is frequently used, an option to display documentation files as a node to each file including the context command "Open". This would solve two requirements

1) drawing exists yes/no inquiries

2) single click to open drawings
