Make the ability to delete local files when changing state to release

• If we delete files on release, we don't have refresh local files to get state in Inventor vault browser.
• Cleaning up local workspace as we release.

Have you tried the setting on check-in that deletes the local files during that process?

Yes, but I don't want to delete files I will use the next day again. make no sense. I only want to delete files that are released to production.

Ok, but if the process deletes files from your workspace on lifecycle transition to Release, if you are releasing library files, for example, it would delete files that you may use the next day. Or if you release a child before you are ready to release a parent, it will delete the child in the workspace and cause a problem when you go to open the parent. What would you suggest to solve this challenge?
