Customized Location for My Search Folders

It would be very helpful to be able to select a custom location (local or network) for My Search Folder in Vault Client.

A customize location would allow users to select a network location to share their saved searches. This becomes a global search. In addition, when users change their computers or upgrade Vault version they can easily copy the saved searches to the new computer.

Would sharing searches inside of Vault instead of outside of Vault work better?  This way you do not have to rely on an outside network location?

You should manage the search definitions inside Vault, like we already do with Inventor design data and templates.

Yes sharing searches inside of Vault would be ideal! 

As you mentioned, having the search inside of Vault is much better because users do not rely on a network.
