Copy Design - possible to copy checked-out files

With the copy design tool it is possible to copy also the checked-out files.

From our POV this is very dangerous since a user may copy models in outdated form.

Please make this not possible.

At the moment one warning with a list of checked-out files would be apreciated.

In my opinion it should always be possible to be able to copy files, whether they are checked out and in the design process by another user, or even if they are outdated.

It is in the responsibility of a designer to decide about the purpose of his copy. Very often a concept, that proved wrong in one context may be useful in another.

To avoid copies of documents with known issues or risks should be documented in a document state (e.g. outdated) and with a clear statement, why not to reuse the document again.
