Control Desktop shortcuts in 2022 and 2023 deployments

With the new Custom Install there is no option to not add desktop shortcuts, like in AutoCAD.

Vault Professional and DWG TrueView shortcuts will be create on desktop.

We need a Customization option to create or not create desktop shortcuts.

In the Vault Professional 2021 installer there are options for desktop shortcuts
