Clean up the Vault folder tree

In order to clean up the Vault folder tree, I would like to see the "+" sign removed from all the folders. The way it is now, it places a "+" sign beside EVERY folder until you click on it.  Then, if there are no subfolders, the "+" sign is removed.  This is confusing, because you cant tell which folders have subs under them and to me it makes the tree cluttered.

I would like to have the "+" sign removed. Watch this video.

Amen.  Also, remove the + in the "Where Used" and "Uses" tabs if the file has no parents/children.
