This request is based on need to Run Vault Job Processor in Azure Cloud.
As of now - Vault Client is only supported on Windows 10, which is not a allowed OS in Microsoft Azure.
We need to run Job Processors in Cloud in our future environment, to be able to scale # of instances up and down according to load.
Alternatively - break the Job processor out in a separate Installation option, and support Windows Server OS for this case.
