Wont get all children

When I "Get" a new assembly, Vault does not download all the Dependents, (not the children's attachments), but the Dependents from other folders. Not checking out the assembly, just using "Get" and I have "Including Children" set to "Dependents" and "Library Files". I thought Vault was supposed to search and download all IPT files used on the main and sub IAM files even if they are in other folders.
