Vault workgroup server in cloud

Hello, 

I'm facing some difficulties when I use the functionality of project Sync to upload projects folder in the cloud drive, all the folders stay empty? Is it because of Vault Workgroup restrictions or there is a way to overcome this problem?

I didn't but now it's running and nothing change online. All the folders are created but still empty.

You should review the criteria you have set for what files will be transferred.
