Vault Thin Client Item Description Missing on BOMs

We are currently experiencing an issue for our Thin Client users where the BOM is missing the Title (Item,CO) data. Some BOMS have a few filled out and others are completely blank. All the BOMs are correct in Vault Pro and doesn't matter if the BOM was created using Inventor or AutoCAD. We noticed this behavior after we had or Vault server upgraded to 2024.

Any suggestions for fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated!

@CGBenner It has not been resovled and is still a major issue for us. We updated to 2024.1 and there was no fix. Please keep this open until there is one. See attached screenshot for current state.
