Vault Splash Screen White on Azure Virtual Machine

I've installed Vault Pro 2024 Server and Vault Pro 2024 Client on an Azure virtual machine. When I start the Vault Pro Client the splash screen turns white and blocks the Log In dialog box and any other window I open. I can see the Log In dialog box when I hover over the Vault icon in the taskbar.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

@JJdesigner

Did you install the Vault Server before or after installing the Vault client?

Yes, Vault Server was installed first.

I think the white box is not the Vault Splash Screen but it is the licensing screen.

If you are using Single-user License, launch the Autodesk Access app and log into it with your Autodesk ID.

Then launch the Vault Client and see if that fixes it.

I already tried this and it didn't help.
