Maybe a workaround here would be to apply an automatic sync filter when your upload to B360 (download cannot yet use filters), to filter out files only in a specific lifecycle and state, and maybe recently changed.

Why do you need this if you can already filter the Project Sync settings for files in a certain Lifecycle State?
