We have a number of Vault pro licenses and 1x Vault server. We're looking at setting up another Vault pro server in a new location for 2x of the users and want to be certain of license requirements.
My question is: Does each Vault Professional license provide access to 1x client and 1x server? ie will the second Vault server be properly licensed by one of the 2x clients connecting to it?
Yes the license is per user so if these users already have a vault pro license assigned to them then they can log in to another vault server since they have a license already
If your trying to log into 2 different version of vault ex 2025, 2024
You would need to log out of one of them before logging into the other
