Hello All
I have just opened a case with autodesk (16479972) on this subject but just to speed up things (as it is production) I wanted to know if somebody has seen this before
I searched everywhere but found only one reference and that one is referring to a severe database error which is probably not the same as everything is working fine in 2019.3.3 (for the error, please see attached ADMSLOG.txt)
error message:
Exception: Warning: Fatal error 824 occurred at Apr 16 2020 1:11PM. Note the error and time, and contact your system administrator. (See attached file ADMSLOG.txt)
sequence of testing:
- restore standard backup on CLEAN 2021 ADMS: error
- restore/detach databases via Management Studio and attach in CLEAN ADMS 2021: error
- restore standard backup on CLEAN ADMS 2019.3.3: success
- restore/detach databases via Management Studio and attach in CLEAN ADMS 2019.3.3: success
any hint will be welkome
