Vault PDF Font Mapping Issue

When I generate some ACM PDFs through Vault, the fonts map out correctly.  The font that is not holding is Poppins (TTF).  I have times where the Poppins defaults to a generic SHX font when being generated through the Vault PDF command. 

When I check the plot preview in ACM, everything is as I want (if I were to generate the PDF in ACM).  Yet, so I can get the versioned PDFs (following the revisions), doing that in Vault is the preferred method.  I'm trying to understand how or why this is occurring and correct this so the correct font type is generated.

In our instance, the font not being generated is the one that the company uses as the font in the company name.  So, it's critical to understand how to correct this.

Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Thank you for the reply and the link.

The PDF option for the fonts is already checked, which is why I was going further to see what might be occurring.

I did ask IT to look into the additional settings for the Job Processor.  I'll let you know what I discover.

If the Job Processor is a dedicated machine, was the  Poppins (TTF) font installed on that machine?

That's what I'm looking into.  I believe it is another machine.  This is happening more frequently with files earlier than 2017, which require updates.  The ACM plot preview shows it fine, yet it is substituted through the Vault PDF command.  Once IT gets back to me, I'll know more.

Finally contacted our IT group and they did as was mentioned in the link.  On the initial test, it seems that it's the solution.  If anything changes, I'll post again.

For now, it appears that's the solution.
